Subscription Cancellation Instructions
YOU HAVE TOTAL CONTROL OVER YOUR PAYMENTS. ALL CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE GIVEN HERE.
TO AVOID CONFUSION AND ENSURE EFFICIENCY WE DO NOT PROCESS CANCELLATIONS IN ANY OTHER WAY; WE DO NOT ACCEPT EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, FAXES OR MAIL TO AN ADDRESS.

Only follow these steps if you wish to cancel your subscription to gauk and cease access to all the fantastic features.
Before you proceed, please ensure that you have taken full advantage of the database and facilities at gauk. If there is something you have not understood or have had trouble with, please give us the opportunity to resolve the issue by going back to the site one more time and checking that you haven’t missed anything, or contact us to have any questions answered.
Once you terminate your service using the options outlined below, access will expire at the end of the current ‘paid for’ period.

If you still wish to cancel at this point then please proceed:
CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT: We’re sorry to see you go and hope to see you again in the very near future!
- Cancel Credit Card Payments
- Cancel Worldpay Payments
- Cancel Paypal Payments
If You Pay by Credit Card:
- Please log into your Member’s Area
- Then click on ‘My Profile’ in the main navigation panel
- You will see a page with all of your payment history like this with a ‘cancel’ link:
Once you have cancelled you will see this screen confirming cancellation and an email will be sent to your address:
Problems logging in to your gauk account: If you have lost your login details you can recover them at the log in page
If you are still having problems logging in to your account to cancel please Submit a Ticket and explain that you need new passwords to access your Payment Management Account as you wish to cancel.
If you pay by Paypal you must log into your account and cancel with them. gauk cannot cancel a Paypal subscription
Log into your Paypal account, click on ‘All Activity’ and look for ‘subscriptions’ in the ‘All Activity – Advanced View’ menu. If you have trouble, you can call them 08707 307 191
